Career coaching

A career is too important to leave to chance. Yet strangely, this is what we often do. Many of us will have had poor experiences of career guidance at school or college. We may be lucky and know what we love doing or have found our way into a job that suits us well. The work world is full of challenge and opportunities. Are the opportunities ones you feel you want to grasp?  Might these opportunities meet your needs?  What even are your needs? Careers are now longer than every before. Where once a job was a job-for-life, we now have greater flexibility. There’s a lot to explore, but where to begin? There are many things to consider – our skills, the kind of person you are, your interests, financial needs, where you want to be geographically, even our stage in the life cycle.

Most of the career coaching I do is with Career Planning for Doctors. But please feel free to get in touch to discuss your needs!
